Exhibition Highlights
The younger brother, Hidenaga, calmly supported his elder brother, ToyotomiHideyoshi, who boldly pushed forward. This exhibition is linked to the NHK historical drama "Brothers in Arms!" The exhibition will unravel the story of how Hideyoshi and Hidenagaovercame the turbulent Warring States period and paved the way for the unification of the country, highlighting important battles and events. The exhibition also focuses on the relationship between the brothers and the people surrounding them, including Oda Nobunaga, Tokugawa Ieyasu, Tōdō Takatora, and Sen no Rikyū. It also uses approximately 140 artifacts and historical materials to explore the period of rise and fall in which they lived.
